Vitalia Active Adult Community – North Olmsted Greatly Appreciates Its Employees

The holiday season brings around an excuse for me to reminisce on the past year and all the wonderful times here at Vitalia Active Adult Community – North Olmsted. It was so fun celebrating our one-year anniversary of opening with residents, families, and staff and to see how much progress we have made.

We were able to celebrate going way beyond 100 days accident free with a steak and potato bar for the staff, which we all enjoyed. Halloween was a blast when we invited staff, kids, and residents to participate in our first annual trick-or-treat event. It is always fun seeing everyone get together and celebrate during a fun time. We were also Joint Commission Accredited, which has meant so much to our team.

It is no secret we are blessed with the most amazing staff here at Vitalia North Olmsted. Pam Gill, Director of Wellness, was recognized with a 100% trust score during our yearly Great Place to Work survey. Our culinary team has kept us fed and very happy throughout the year with their amazing creations. The plant operations team literally keeps this place running. Sales is doing an amazing job promoting all we have to offer. Our Memory Care Neighborhood is vibrant as ever, thanks to our Memory Care Director Bridget Morgan. The Assistant Executive Director looks the entire community over, with such patience and joy for what she does.

Jennifer Smith, Resident Services Director, is already doing an amazing job spreading happiness during our 45 Days of Holiday Cheer that started on Thanksgiving Day. We cannot wait to celebrate another amazing year of being Vitalia Active Adult Community – North Olmsted. I feel so lucky every day to be a part of this team!
