Each August, Vitalia Highland Heights participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Business Office Director, I prioritize promoting employee appreciation and always take a moment to recognize our hard-working team members. My absolute favorite part of the job is passing along praise for a job well done to a deserving team member. The smile that comes with receiving such positive feedback makes my role the best job in the world.
